Offers Equity + Acceleration Options. Performance Bonus up to 50% of base.

Role Overview

Instant.Lawyer's Partnerships Team is integral for building a global, best-in-class, partner ecosystem that enriches our participants and supports our organisational mission of instant legal advice - globally. 

As Partner Operations Manager, you will be responsible for activating, operationalizing, and overseeing strategic partner relationships that propel Instant.Lawyer’s growth.

 

Acting as the connective tissue between Instant.Lawyer and our partners, you will ensure seamless collaboration—from contract signature through full-scale execution.

This role encompasses partner onboarding, enablement, implementation of joint go-to-market strategies, and ensuring commercial activation. You’ll orchestrate across internal functions and partner organizations to deliver results and drive impact.
 

What You'll Do
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for one or more strategic partners across enablement, solutioning, and GTM execution.
     

  • Drive and manage onboarding workstreams, including partner training, technical enablement, security provisioning, and support activation.
     

  • Ensure partner readiness to deploy and resell our solutions using shared project plans, milestone tracking, and joint Business Reviews.
     

  • Co-develop use cases with partners, craft demo assets, documentation, and impactful sales enablement materials.
     

  • Monitor partner performance, anticipate risks early, and lead structured remediation or acceleration plans as needed.
     

  • Coordinate cross-functionally (Sales, Product, Engineering, Customer Success, Operations, Marketing) to align partner needs with our internal roadmap.
     

  • Establish operational rhythms like roadmap briefings, content distribution, enablement refreshes, and partner check-ins.
     

  • Ensure compliance with partnership agreements, including commercial terms, personnel commitments, and reporting cadences.

What You Have
  • 7+ years of experience in roles such as sales, product, alliances, or partner success within enterprise software environments.
     

  • Proven ability to build executive relationships within complex organizations.
     

  • Experience managing partner relationships across local and global teams.
     

  • Strong program and project management skills, able to track multiple workstreams and manage stakeholder alignment.
     

  • Deep expertise in partner onboarding and activation.
     

  • Prior experience in a high-growth, early-stage company where you helped build programs from the ground up.
     

  • Comfort working in fast-paced, high-growth environments and collaborating across functional boundaries.
     

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills—able to influence without authority and create urgency with empathy.

Bonus Points

  • Experience in legal technology, professional services tech, or adjacent enterprise domains. 
     

  • Track record in GTM or co‑selling motions using channel or strategic partners.
     

  • Familiarity with implementing compliance, security, or technical enablement workflows.
     

  • Proven success designing and executing partner enablement or certification programs.
     

  • Demonstrable experience with dashboards, metrics, or partner performance analytics.
     

  • Ability to thrive in ambiguity while building structure and scalable processes.
     

  • Appetite for owning outcomes end-to-end, with strong execution bias.

Compensation Range

$180,000 - $230,000 USD
